Product Return Policies
The policies outlined below are solely for stock products purchased via Fypon.com and excludes sample products. For customers wishing to return and/or exchange products purchased from somewhere other than Fypon.com, please contact customer support via email, firstname.lastname@example.org or 800.446.3040. Product that has been installed, painted or in any way modified from the original shipped condition is not eligible for return.

Products purchased as a sample may not be returned via this process. Any stock items ordered on Fypon.com may be returned under the following guidelines, in Fypon's sole discretion:
Return requests for suspected defective material must be submitted on Fypon.com/returns with pictures clearly indicating the quality concerns with the product and showing there was no damage to the product.
